The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee was a great perk, and the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. Plus, the resort was very clean.
The staff did not have an iPhone charger when I needed one, which was inconvenient.
And while one member of the staff went out of their way to help me, other staff members seemed uninterested in helping.

Nice complementary breakfast and friendly staff. Great location near the main attractions. Enjoyed the pool area and the workout room was well equipped for a quick workout.
Paper-thin walls made it impossible to get a good night's sleep with noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
The room also had a moldy smell that was unpleasant.

We appreciated staff and location here, everything needed for our trip was provided. Room was good sized and had a fantastic view. The place is 2.8 miles away from Williamsburg downtown. Lovely accommodation, will be returning here soon...
